Information on this site

The site describes our programs in general terms. Formats, schedules, speakers and inclusions may change. Nothing on the site is an offer or a guarantee of any particular result; the outcomes of any program depend on the people taking part.

Engagements

Leadership Days, keynotes and sessions are provided only under a separate written agreement, which sets the scope, price, deposit, scheduling, weather and cancellation terms. Each participant who jumps also signs the drop zone's own participation agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Skydiving

Skydiving carries inherent risk. Participation in the jump is always voluntary and subject to the drop zone's eligibility requirements and procedures.

Intellectual property

The SKYFORGE name, frameworks, course materials, text and images on this site belong to Skyforge Leadership LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or submit false information through its forms.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SKYFORGE is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
