What is the SKYFORGE Leadership Day?
A one-day experiential leadership program for teams of 5 to 20. It combines a keynote and two expert coaching sessions with a tandem skydive from 14,000 feet, a structured debrief and a commitment ceremony, followed by check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days.

At Polk County Airport, Georgia. Group transportation can be coordinated on request.
How long is the day?
About 6 to 7 hours on site, not counting travel. The jump window depends on weather and the drop zone schedule.
How many people can take part?
The standard format is 5 to 20 participants. Larger teams can be arranged.
Is it safe?
The jump is run by trained professionals to industry protocol. Every participant jumps tandem with an instructor rated by the United States Parachute Association, on equipment with a main parachute, a reserve and an automatic activation device. Reserves are inspected and packed by FAA-certificated riggers, gear is checked at several points before exit, and participants are trained on the equipment and every step of the jump before boarding.

No. The jump is always voluntary. Anyone who chooses not to jump takes part in every other part of the day.

Adults 18 and over who meet the drop zone's general weight and health guidelines. The specific limits are shared during planning so your team can check early.
What's included?
The keynote, both coaching sessions, the tandem skydive, the debrief and commitment ceremony, meals and all materials. Each participant also takes home the digital course suite, the methodology handbook, a personal action plan, professional photography, a commemorative coin and digital badge, and the organization receives a leadership plaque.

Investment is on request, because it depends on team size and format. Pricing is all-inclusive. A deposit holds the date when the agreement is signed.

It builds teams, but it is not entertainment. The day runs on proprietary frameworks for decisions under pressure, uses the jump as a real test case, and ends with commitments that are followed up for 90 days.
Can we book a keynote or a session without the jump?
Yes. Keynotes, peer-group sessions and no-jump workshops are available for conferences, CEO groups and offsites.
