Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how Skyforge Leadership LLC ("SKYFORGE", "we") handles information collected through skyforgeleadership.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a briefing, we receive your name, work email, organization, role, team size and any message you write.
- Technical information. When you submit a form we record your IP address, approximate location (city, region, country), browser type and the page you came from, to prevent spam and abuse. Campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters) are stored with your request.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.
How we use it
- To confirm your request by email, reply to it and plan an engagement with you.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Telegram may deliver an internal notification when a request arrives.
- Zoho hosts our email and sends the confirmation you receive after requesting a briefing.
- Google provides website analytics.
Participant information for a booked Leadership Day (for example, eligibility details requested by the drop zone) is handled under the engagement agreement, not through this website.
How long we keep it
We keep briefing requests for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing info@skyforgeleadership.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
